Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only within 3 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and backing must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging/tags are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through one of the following:

Please include your order number, item name, and photos of the product and its packaging.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Non-exchangeable items
- Customized or personalized pieces
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number. We will review your request and arrange a replacement if applicable.
